JOMBIZ reserves the right to terminate license and cease support in instances of defamation, libel, abuse, or harassment. JOMBIZ will terminate all support and relations in instances of software piracy, including but not limited to “nulled”, “cracked”, or otherwise unlicensed versions of JOMBIZ software, extensions/modules or plugins.

9. Registration

By registering you affirm that you are 13 years of age or an emancipated minor and are completely able and competent to enter into the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service and comply and abide by them.

You may not use fake information while registering your account, including, fake name, fake e-mail, fake phone number or address. Any attempt to spoofing data will result in your account disabled.

10. Use License

Permission is granted to download copy of the materials (information or software) on this website. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

11. Subscription

All subscription packages are non-transferable, no matter the circumstances as each account is tied to an individual account. Thus, when a subscriber enters into either a single or recurring agreement to pay JOMBIZ for its subscription, they are agreeing to pay for that individual account only. JOMBIZ cannot legally allow an individual account’s agreement to be sold/transferred to another individual or entity.

12. Price & Product Changes

JOMBIZ reserves the right at any time to modify and/or discontinue a product with or without notice. Further, JOMBIZ may add new products and/or services with or without notice.

Prices of any products are subject to change at any time by posting the changes to the JOMBIZ website.

13. Refund Policy

There is no refund for all orders, all sales are final. We provide 24/7 support, if you have questions, suggestions or need assistance please contact us through this page support and a support staff will get in touch with you.

Refunds are also not applicable for any unused or remaining portions of subscriptions if it is canceled after a certain period has lapsed. Subscribers will however, be able to access and continue access JOMBIZ products or services area in full until their paid subscription period expires. Read more here.
