Refund, Cancellation and Renewal Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds will not be provided for any subscription that had been cancelled. We do not provide credit, refunds or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled within active period of any subscription of package.
For digital products or services with onetime payment, no refund request will be entertained after license activation and sent to buyer. We can't refund after buyer have used the software and got these benefits and confirmed that it's as described. Any software purchased online directly from our website and successfully downloaded or used are ineligible for return/refund, unless our software not fully function and we not able to fix within 3 months after a purchase has been made.
